Meet & Share with Other Artists

Midcoast Printmakers, Inc. is having a second Sunday gathering to share ideas, techniques, and innovative ideas. Sunday, April 13 from 1-3 pm, printmakers and interested people are invited to come for a demonstration of one of the many printmaking methods that are offered at the Studio at 648 Main St. (Bus. Experimental Monotyping

Monotyping Class
Midcoast Printmakers, Inc. is beginning a new series of classes featuring experimental monotypes on Fridays, 9 am to 12 noon starting March 14. Kay Miller will be teaching at the new studio located at 648 Main St. in Damariscotta. The class will feature the addition and subtraction methods along with using plants and other “found stuff”.
Fee: $40 includes three hours of instruction plus all materials.

There is still space in Holly Berry’s linocut relief printing class on Mondays 3:45 pm-6:15 pm and on Thursdays 10 am-1 PM.

Frances Hodsdon teaches etching and lithography on Wednesdays and Debra Arter teachers monoprinting on Tuesdays. Dick Miller’s woodcut class continues on Mondays 12:30-3:30.

The Midcoast Printmakers have settled into their new digs at 648 Main Street in Damariscotta. Come in out of the cold and join us at the second Sunday Gathering, Sunday, March 9 from 1 to 3 PM. Come for conversation, refreshments, and share new work.
